Dracula - Count Dracula

Not one of the typical standout quotes from the book, but I was curious if it actually deserved more credit. Is Robert Heinlein on record saying that he got the title for his novel from the Bible (Exodus)? The original title was The Heretic.
Maybe Dracula was the inspiration...
